The Customer may return items for exchange within 72 hours (MOROCCO), and 7 days (OTHER COUNTRIES) from the date of the Order receipt.
To make an exchange, please send the shoes to the shipping address mentioned on your package. We don't cover shipping for this action, but the new pair will ship for free.
Exchanges must be made in their original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, labels, etc.) allowing them to be resold in new condition. The products must be intact, complete, packed in the original packaging, in conformity with the day of their delivery, without the smell of perfume or cleaning. All products are checked upon receipt.
The risks associated with reshipment are the responsibility of the customer.
Any item on sale cannot be exchanged.
